Branding Abroad

1. About Branding Abroad
Branding Abroad is a creative production concept developed by Anne van Deelen and Sam van Hees, focused on international content creation for brands.

All agreements, invoicing, and financial matters related to Branding Abroad are handled throughVan Hees Photography, operated by Sam van Hees, which acts as the legal and contracting party.

2. Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, agreements, and services provided under the Branding Abroad concept. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

3. Services
Branding Abroad provides full-service international productions, including concept development, photography, video, and social content.

All services are performed on a best-effort basis and involve creative interpretation.
 

4. Quotations & Agreements
All quotations are non-binding unless stated otherwise and are valid for 14 days. An agreement is established once a quotation has been accepted in writing and the agreed payment has been received.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT and additional costs unless stated otherwise.
For all clients, 100% is invoiced upfront.

Content may not be used until full payment has been received.

6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing correct and complete information, products, and materials in a timely manner. Branding Abroad is not liable for delays or quality issues caused by late or incomplete delivery by the client.

7. Delivery & Revisions
Delivery timelines are indicative unless explicitly agreed otherwise. One revision round is included unless stated otherwise. Additional revisions may be charged.

8. Copyright & Usage
All intellectual property rights to the created content remain with Van Hees Photography, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

The client receives a usage license as specified in the agreement or invoice. Any use beyond this scope requires written permission.

9. Liability
Van Hees Photography is only liable for direct damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct. Liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant service.

10. Force Majeure
Branding Abroad is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond
reasonable control, including travel disruptions, weather conditions, illness, or governmental restrictions.

11. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
